Painted Desert Golf Course Superintendent

Daily communication with the General Manager/Golf Ops team relating to tasks, course conditions, and maintenance plans.  Must be able to troubleshoot agronomic problems and issues relating to irrigation and equipment, direct, assist, and delegate to staff members in a team-oriented manner ensuring safe work practices and high job performance, and complete all required communication, training, and record keeping.  Promote Arcis Golf philosophies throughout the course to employees, guests, and members.
