ServiScape at Long Beach Country Club (LBCC) is offering the position of Assistant Superintendent. Long Beach Country Club is a private, 18 hole country club located in the Town of Long Beach, IN along the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. LBCC  was designed by Dr. William Hall and opened in 1924. More recently LBCC engaged Todd Clark of CE Golf Design to develop a Long Range Plan. Many of Todd Clark's design elements have been implemented including rebuilding several greens, complete renovation of the tees and bunkers, rerouting and replacing cart paths, and strategic removal of hundreds of trees. The club is currently in the process of upgrading and expanding the clubhouse. ServiScape and LBCC have a history of long term team members within the grounds staff along within the clubhouse, many of whom have been with the club for 20+ years. The membership at LBCC is strong and has a dedication to continual capital improvements as well as maintaining a culture of work/life balance for the staff.

2/4 year degree in Turf Management/Agronomy. Must possess or obtain state pesticide licensing. 

Previous Assistant Superintendent experience is preferred but not required.

ServiScape at Long Beach Country Club is a 18-hole private club along the shores of Lake Michigan in Long Beach, IN. LBCC is a classic Tom Bendelow design featuring Poa/Bent playing surfaces. LBCC has a very healthy membership and continually embarks on golf course capital improvements. LBCC recently engaged Todd Clark and CE Golf Design to create a comprehensive master plan. Many of the improvement visions have been implemented with many more to come. The future is bright at LBCC and we wish to welcome you to our team.
