Golf Course Superintendent

The Country Club of Rancho Bernardo is a private equity club that has been serving its membership since 1967.  The course was originally designed by William F. Bell and later updated by Ted Robinson.  Located in the rolling hills of Rancho Bernardo, the course features tree-lined fairways, five sets of tees, fast undulating greens and immaculate conditions enhanced by our eleven wells.

Salary Range & Benefits

• $110,000 to $140,000
• Medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, association dues paid
• Annual bonus eligibility at the discretion of the Board of Directors, based on performance
• Vehicle and gas provided
