Assistant Superintendent

Moila Country Club is currently looking for an Assistant Superintendent.  He/she reports directly to the superintendent and assists in the direction and participation of all maintenance activities at Moila Country Club.  Moila is a semi-private 18-hole facility located in the middle of St. Joseph, Missouri.  The club is under new management after re-opening in April of 2021 and the turf maintenance team is working hard to bring the course back to its former glory.

This position is a hands-on position assisting the Superintendent in all maintenance activities and operations of an 18-hole facility.  This is a great opportunity for a motivated candidate to learn and develop the skills required to take the next step in their career towards becoming a Superintendent.  The Assistant Superintendent will perform, supervise, and follow up on the daily maintenance activities in all areas of the course and club grounds.
