Dayton Country Club is seeking to add an Assistant In Training to its team. The individual can expect to gain knowledge and experience in all of the following: Staff management, budgeting, irrigation usage/management/repair, product application, equipment operation, tree management, staff training, snow removal, and any other discipline associated with Turf Management. Dayton Country Club is a Donald Ross designed course first opening in 1897 and is the oldest continually operating club West of the Allegheny Mountains. DCC has many exciting plans on the horizon including the revitalization of the Donald Ross design via Master Plan.
Applicant should exhibit a willingness to learn new things and be involved in a high level team atmosphere.
