The Club at Pasadera is located on the Monterey Peninsula which is home to some of the best golf courses in the world. Pasadera is one of the most unique golf experiences on the peninsula providing a one of a kind design with several elevation changes, ponds, creeks, rolling hills and stunning views. The Monterey Peninsula has some of the best year round weather on the planet which makes it very enjoyable for work.
The chosen candidate will be exposed to all aspects of golf course maintenance working in a fun team environment. There will also be potential to move up to an Assistant Superintendent position in the near future. The Superintendent and Assistants work together on a daily basis and make decisions based on playability and aesthetics of the course. We are open to suggestions and work together extremely well. Playing golf is highly encouraged as we typically get out at least once a week to have fun and discuss course needs.
Some experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate, even if they have little experience as having the right attitude is more important.

The Club at Pasadera consists of a mixture of bentgrass/poa greens and bent/rye fairways, tees, and approaches. Several elevation changes make it a great golf experience.
