Equipment Manager

The job requirements include but are not limited to;

• Evaluation, diagnosis and repair of all faulty or damaged equipment.
• Schedule repairs, routine maintenance and downtime of all equipment.
• Evaluate mowing performance on the course daily and make necessary adjustments.
• Order parts and maintain stock levels of regularly used items.
• Keep records of ordering, expenditures and major equipment faults.
• Assist in equipment lease package setup.
• Assist in safety training and daily equipment check lists with employees.
• Maintain mowing units to a high quality of cut.
• Assist in budgetary meetings as it relates to the equipment fleet.
• Organize and maintain the maintenance building for efficacy and safety.
• Knowledge of small engines and landscaping tools.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays as needed.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required.
