Our fast-growth company needs a seasoned sales executive to lead business development in lucrative, untapped territories throughout the US. This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate based in Texas or the Southwest.
Our unique, patented water remediation device for commercial pond installations (think golf courses, parks, gardens, zoos, community spaces – anywhere there are ponds and water features) is in high demand, endorsed by industry authority figures and proven by scientific data.
We have a five-year track record of delighting customers with our small, passionate team. Now we need help reaching greater market penetration to meet clamoring demand.
This is a salary plus commission (and health benefits) position with high potential for significant earnings. Where there are small bodies of water, the sky’s the limit!
We are headquartered in New York.
We have built a loyal customer base despite light market penetration to date, with hundreds of successful installations across the US and dozens of client testimonials to share.
Our product aligns with the environmentally sustainable solutions that are currently in great demand.
We work directly with end users as well as with wholesale pond and lake management companies and distributors.
Our brand messaging has recently been refined to better spotlight our unique marketplace positioning and is currently being incorporated in all-new sales support materials.
We are looking for an outstanding sales professional. The potential is vast, the compensation is generous, the team is motivated.
Effective sales abilities. The right candidate knows what sales success requires: understanding the product science, prospecting thoroughly, securing on-site visits, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering excellence for clients’ needs throughout and beyond the sale.
Self-direction. We offer opportunity galore, not micromanagement. You share our high energy, entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset.
This position requires travel when permitted and at your discretion for in-person client meetings and attendance at industry trade shows and networking events.
Must have proven sales success, demonstrating mastery in developing new product sales and generating significant revenue.
Superb verbal and written communication skills and an exceptional telephone demeanor.
High competency with Microsoft Office (at minimum Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
Existing strong relationships with key market people (such as golf course superintendents) is a plus.
Experience with CRM and social media platforms is a plus.
Please submit your resume and cover letter via LinkedIn or email to email@example.com.
About BioBoost Nest
BACTERIA LOVES BIOBOOST NEST!
BioBoost subsurface nesting sites act like magnets, attracting the beneficial bacteria within the water body that contributes to healthy ponds. Our patented media provides ideal homes for bacteria to rapidly multiply, creating dynamic biofilm.
BACTERIA MAKES PONDS BETTER
The optimized bacteria voraciously feeds on the excess organic matter in ponds that causes many problems such as unsightly algae, unpleasant odor and dying fish. Maintaining this beneficial bacteria by providing it with happy colonization environments helps prevent pond problems from returning.
Academic and commercial studies prove the effectiveness of BioBoost Nests in the development of microbial communities. And we're delighted to have hundreds of successful installations and pleased clients.
BIOBOOST NESTS ARE EASY
BioBoost Nests are easy to install, low maintenance, chemical-free and cost-effective. The Nests are available with or without aeration, and work seamlessly with the bio-augmentation system you already have – no need to replace anything.
BIOBOOST NESTS AT WORK
Our customers include some of the most prestigious golf clubs across the continent, as... well as other commercial and recreational water features. Pond and lake management companies may access our products wholesale, and we can also work directly with pond owners.
We have a small, knowledgeable, passionate team hard at work and available to answer your questions about our Nests, where bacteria loves to live.
