SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY Our fast-growth company needs a seasoned sales executive to lead business development in lucrative, untapped territories throughout the US. This is a remote position, with the ideal candidate based in Texas or the Southwest. Our unique, patented water remediation device for commercial pond installations (think golf courses, parks, gardens, zoos, community spaces – anywhere there are ponds and water features) is in high demand, endorsed by industry authority figures and proven by scientific data. We have a five-year track record of delighting customers with our small, passionate team. Now we need help reaching greater market penetration to meet clamoring demand. This is a salary plus commission (and health benefits) position with high potential for significant earnings. Where there are small bodies of water, the sky’s the limit! The right candidate knows what sales success requires: understanding the product science, prospecting thoroughly, securing on-site visits, acting as a trusted advisor, and delivering excellence for clients’ needs throughout and beyond the sale.

- This position requires travel when permitted and at your discretion for in-person client meetings and attendance at industry trade shows and networking events.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Must have proven sales success, demonstrating mastery in developing new product sales and generating significant revenue.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills and an exceptional telephone demeanor.
- High competency with Microsoft Office (at minimum Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), Microsoft Outlook and Google Suite.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Existing strong relationships with key market people (such as golf course superintendents) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM and social media platforms is a plus.
