Position Purpose Provide world class Toro golf irrigation service and training. Creating loyal customers within the territory. Provide technical support for irrigation territory sales manager. Territory consists of the following counties: see map To be considered for this position applicants must live or be willing to move to central location within the territory. Dimensions Set up and perform daily repair visits to customer’s sites Promote all irrigation services during customer visits Set up new golf irrigation computer and radio equipment on new projects Programming Toro Lynx software Programming satellites, and radios, golf irrigation systems Provide onsite customer training Technical training classroom setting for both customers and contractors Will be asked to travel outside of territory to assist if needed Organization This position reports to Director of Irrigation Services Nature and Scope Wesco Turf’s Mission - To make our customers the focus of our business and their complete satisfaction the most important thing we do.

- Demonstrates and promotes teamwork with other WT and WTS employees and Toro account manager
Accountabilities but not limited to: - Prioritize service calls
- Perform customer service repairs including customer bill and warranty on a timely basis
- Provide optimization set up for new projects
- Provide onsite training for customers
- Achieve yearly labor budget
- Control travel expenses to budget
- Maintain an adequate inventory of parts to service customers
- Complete monthly inventory of parts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Submit detailed weekly activity report- including case and work order per visit
- Submit detailed weekly expense report
- Perform vehicle maintenance per manufacturer recommendations
- Promote and sell services to customers
- Assist in sales presentations for technical advice and questions
- Be capable of speaking, presenting, and training to large groups
- Travel to other territories to assist if needed
Supervisory Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Must have ability to prioritize workload yet be flexible to react emergency customer needs
- Great organization skills needed
- Must be good with people, extremely tactful and professional
- Must be motivated / self-starter

- Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
Education and/or Experience - Minimum level of education is high school
- Previous golf irrigation service experience a plus
- Hydraulic and electrical trouble shooting experience a plus
- 220,120 and 24vac voltage knowledge
- Prior irrigation computer programming experience a plus
- Radio programming experience a plus
- 2 wire knowledge experience a plus
- Wire tracking and fault location experience a plus
- Use of a volt and milliamp meter a plus
Language Skills: - Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly
- Bilingual a plus
Mathematical Skills: - High school level of mathematics minimum
- Must be able to read and understand basic formulas
- Must be able to read schematics
- Must be able to read and understand golf design blueprints
Reasoning Skills: - Above average problem-solving skills
- Must be able to perform well under pressure
Computer Skills: - Computer literate: Outlook, Irrigation operating programs, Service Max
Physical Demands: - Must be able to work outside for extended periods of time in hot and cold conditions
- Be physically fit with good eyesight and hearing
- Able to lift minimum of 70 lbs.
Work Environment: - Travel to outdoor job sites – most not climate controlled
- 60% of time spent in field on job sites
- Company provided vehicle
- Climate controlled office
