Equipment Manager NF-3

Inspects, diagnosis and may conduct repairs on various types of golf turf maintenance equipment; including diesel and electric golf carts; other mechanical equipment used for utility work

includes repair of failing equipment and keeping records of parts and labor for each piece of equipment; maintains preventive maintenance plan within budget; purchases repair parts and supplies

Schedules, assigns and directs work of subordinate employees; Trains subordinate employees.

Orders materials, supplies, tools and equipment and assures all tools, vehicles and equipment are in safe working condition
