We have small crew that experienced a lot of turnover the last two seasons due to staff finishing college (do not need a summer job any more) or retiring.  We will be looking to fill several crew spots for the 2022 golf season.  The AIT position is a full-time seasonal position.  We usually bring our seasonal staff in from the beginning of April to the beginning/end of December.  The AIT will get a lot of experience performing cultural practices and applying pesticides and/or fertilizers.  Since we have a small crew, you will be exposed to all aspects of the daily maintenance of a high-end golf course.  The club has 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, a short game practice area, and the only regulation croquet court in Vermont.  We will begin an extensive bunker sand replacement project sta
