Produce and maintain the highest level of detailed landscape maintenance, installation of landscape materials in the Public Areas of the resort, pesticide, herbicide, and fertilizer application.
Ensure that safety procedures are being followed and unsafe conditions and work practices are promptly reported.
Report facilities issues promptly utilizing the resort system.
Perform all reasonable duties and assignments including that of groundskeepers, and pest, herbicide, and fertilizer application.
Report pest, weed, and nutrient problems to the grounds supervisor
Must be able to complete all tasks under greens keeper and equipment operator titles.
Adhere to all Standards of Conduct as outlined in the Associate Handbook.

Previous grounds maintenance and pest, herbicide, and fertilization experience preferred.
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with co-workers, managers, and guest is necessary.
Must be a QAC holder.
Able to read and comprehend detailed instructions. Ability to read, write and speak detailed instructions in basic English and Spanish. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, guest, and other associates of the organization.
Ability to apply common sense in understanding how to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
