Founded in 1909, The Racine Country Club (RCC) is an exclusive member-owned private club located in Racine, Wisconsin on the shores of beautiful Lake Michigan. RCC’s majestic, stately and historic clubhouse overlooks the finest 18-hole golf course in Southeast Wisconsin with a winter practice facility (Billows Lodge). In addition, the membership enjoys first class amenities including tennis, paddleball, three pools, fitness center, bowling, superior locker-room facilities, and a busy social calendar. The clubhouse contains exceptional facilities for member dining, private meeting/dining rooms, outdoor patios and space for banquets and social activities. The clubhouse is open for membership use 11-months of the year.
Assist the Golf Course Superintendent in all facets of maintaining a private country club including, but not limited to;
Daily management and training of staff
Chemical and fertilizer applications
Maintain automatic irrigation system
Involvement with course construction projects
Assist with equipment maintenance during the winter months
Minimum two-year degree in turf-related studies preferred. Three years of golf course maintenance experience. This person must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented. Must have ability to obtain a Wisconsin Pesticide Applicators License. Spanish language skills a plus.
