Leewood is a private club that opened in 1922. Located 30 minutes from mid-town Manhattan on the Harlem line of Metro North, in Westchester County. Opportunities will exist to explore the Greater New York City life.
The 18 hole golf course was designed by Devereux Emmett with an extensive renovation by Stephen Kay in 1996 and another renovation by Dave Heatwole in 2011 that included 2 new green complexes, 20 new tees, multiple water features, and triple row Rain Bird irrigation system. Currently, we are completing an in-house bunker renovation (12 holes are completed). This fall we will be bringing in a contractor to rebuild 3 greens and the associated bunkers for those holes. The club's website is www.leewoodgolfclub.org to learn more about Leewood.
