Following the expansion of our activity to cover the North American market, we have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate turf technician to grow with the business. The role of Technical Sales Support Manager will be covering the whole of the North American market helping the sales with effective practical support to the external sales teams, distributors, customers and business development activities, through the implementation and deployment of coherent and robust sales processes.
Working as part of our existing sales structure, you will have responsibility for planning and delivering practical and educational technical sales support to the North American market.
Therefore, ensuring that the company has a customer focused, effective and responsive approach to sales, sales growth and customer satisfaction.
main responsibilities and activities
Sales Growth- Field Sales/Customer Support
Responsible for coordinating and implementing sales demonstrations
Deliver education and awareness through seminars and varied teaching methods
Identify and initiate required activities to secure new business opportunities in the North American market across all product offerings.
Manage and coordinate with Area Managers, the annual distributor sales and technical product training.
To provide and manage tournament support
When required installations and training of end users
Training of distributor salesman and technicians
Training of new Bernhard staff on the practical use of the product
To be involved and supporting the new Bernhard education centre by providing and also delivering high standard education to the sports turf industry
Establish strong, positive and enduring working relationships with Distributors and Customers to drive sales growth, support existing business and help to resolve emerging issues constructively.
Helping deliver and coordinate all sales strategies, initiatives and daily activities in conjunction with the sales team.
