The Equipment Manager is responsible for managing the equipment maintenance repair operations for the Golf Course Maintenance department.
Knowledge of general business practices as applied to golf course operations practices and procedures preferred. Thorough knowledge of turf equipment maintenance operations and procedures as would normally be acquired through a secondary education or trades training or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in turf equipment maintenance and repair.
Strong mechanical skills with thorough knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, gasoline and diesel engine operation, repair and maintenance. Basic computer skills required. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required.
