Augusta Country Club is a private, Donald Ross designed country club founded in 1899 with 1300 members along with a membership waiting list. The club currently consists of Toro Lynx irrigation along with HDPE piping, Toro and John Deere equipment leases, Bentgrass greens, Zoysia shortgrass, Bermudagrass rough and Better Billy Bunkers. The club has recently hired Golf Course Architect, Tripp Davis, to begin working on a Golf Course Masterplan to include planning for a future greens renovation.
The successful candidate will understand that success comes with a team mentality, has the desire to eventually become a head superintendent and the ability to put in the effort to achieve their desired goals. The hired candidate will work with the management staff on a daily basis to continue improving the golf course.
