The following will be expected from The Group Service Manager in this position:
Oversee Workshop staff on all Golf Saudi properties
Trains Workshop staff in all aspects of machinery maintenance
Install and implement records while ensuring they are maintained in all properties
Places orders for parts/ supplies as needed for equipment or service and tracks expenses and inventories for budget purposes.
Working knowledge of light and heavy construction and maintenance equipment and automotive apparatus.
Skilled in the use of a wide variety of equipment repair tools and in the making of various types of mechanical repairs.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Ability to diagnose mechanical troubles and schedule appropriate preventative maintenance work.
Advise in the design of Maintenance Facilities on future projects
Knowledge of maintaining machinery in line with manufacturers warranties
Recognised Training Certificates from Golf industry suppliers
2-3 years as a Service Manager, Head Mechanic or similar in a Golf Course Facility
Supervision of a large team of associates, multi-cultural preferred.
Valid driving license.
Ability to speak, read and write English fluently
