Along with the Director of Grounds, this position will partner with the Senior Assistant and 1st Assistant to manage all aspects of the Grounds Department. This structure has resulted in a history of Assistants being promoted from within and moving on to higher positions. Home to the PGA Tour's Arnold Palmer Invitational held each March, Bay Hill provides an atmosphere where a young turf professional can build their skill set while making valuable professional contacts. We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic and is highly motivated. Someone who wants to be part of a Team that has a lot of pride and works very hard. But at the same time does not take itself too seriously and likes to have a lot of fun.
A recent graduate would be considered but prefer 1-2 years full time experience.

Featuring 27 holes of golf, it is a private country club that also has a 70 room lodge, spa, tennis facility, and marina. Each March, we welcome the PGA Tour as host of one of it's most prestigious events - The Arnold Palmer Invitational.
The Bay Hill Club & Lodge was owned by Arnold Palmer from 1965 till his passing and is now under the leadership of his daughter Amy Saunders. The Grounds Department has a full time staff of 40 and are given the resources to meet the high expectations that we set for ourselves.
