Responsible for loading golf bags and golf carts, staging and cleaning the Isleta Golf Club range, picking up golf balls, and washing and filling dispenser while promoting and exhibiting World Class Guest Service to all the Isleta Resort and Casino guests.
Isleta Resort and Casino Guest Service Agreement
All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

Loads and cleans guests’ golf bags.
Maintains the appearance of the Isleta Golf Club’s carts while promoting World Class Guest Service.
Clears the driving range of balls and washes balls and refills range as needed.
· Keeps cart area clear of potential hazardous situations.
Maintains the general upkeep of the Cart Staging Area, Cart Barn Area, and Practice Range Area.
Ensures an open and welcoming atmosphere that promotes skill enhancement.
Greets guests, maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Gives basic instruction on all promotions and special events, as requested.
May occasionally receive cash tips for service.
Occasionally performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent, preferred.
Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certification
Must be able to acquire and maintain Gaming License issued through POIGRA.
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation.
Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed or required to meet business needs.
· Must maintain all Isleta Resort and Casino-wide educational and certification requirements.
· Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico driver’s license. Should not have had a driver’s license revoked or suspended in the last three (3) years prior to the date of the Employment Application, acceptability will be determined by Risk Management. Driving records will be checked.

Must possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to lift, move, and place 50 pounds with assistance.
Must be able to pull, push, bend, and twist regularly.
Must be able to lift awkward and heavy golf bags, range baskets, and other awkward objects.
Must be able to work in small confined areas.
Work is generally performed in an outside golf course setting with exposure to extreme weather conditions such as high levels of heat, cold, winds, rain, hail, and snow. Occasionally may be required to interact with hostile and/or angry guests.
