Maintain all golf course equipment to RCC’s standards with detailed record keeping of maintenance, repairs and parts inventory.
Participate in equipment replacement plans and new equipment recommendations
Maintain high quality of cut through reel and bed knife grinding, back lapping, etc. (Willing to teach)
Aid with crew training of equipment operation and safety
Assist with winter snow removal
