Assist the Golf Course Superintendent in the direction and definition of all long and short term aspects of golf course equipment
Inspects, adjust, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical defects of golf course maintenance equipment
Operate automated reel and bedknive grinders, sharpen and balance rotary blades
Perform general overhaul of combustion engines
Testing, rebuilding and repair of carburetors, distributors, fuel pumps, steering systems, starters, hydraulic systems including high pressure pumps and valves
Install and adjust brakes, install tires, batteries, wiring
Performs general machining, fabricating, and welding applications
Maintain records of preventative service schedules
Purchase equipment parts and shop supplies conforming with operating budget

About The Federal Club

The course opened in 2006 to rave reviews and is considered one of the top conditioned golf courses in the region.
