The right candidate should be able to manage an experienced grounds crew by giving detail instruction. Including but not limited to, chemical and fertilizer applications, hand watering, irrigation repairs, course set-up, and staff supervision. Must have positive attitude, good communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to succeed in our fast paced, team atmosphere.
Prior experience preferred but not required, willing to train the right individual. A successful candidate must be organized and detail oriented. Must understand the game of golf and expectations of a private club. The individual should be self-driven with an end goal of being a Golf Course Superintendent.
