The Country Club of Virginia is looking for a talented Assistant Superintendent.
Position:The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with Director of Golf and Grounds Maintenance, Course Superintendent, and other managers to ensure member expectations are met daily. The individual will be expected to contribute to planning, executing projects, budgeting, implementing cultural practices, moisture management, pesticide applications, and managing staff. Our goalat CCV is to provide an environment conducive to learning, while promoting work-life balance.
Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, a college degree, and minimum of two years' experience, preferably in the transition zone. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Current pesticide applicator's license or ability to obtain within 90 days required. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
