This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate with a successful track record of achievement, leadership, and high-quality golf course maintenance operations management experience. Our next Golf Course Superintendent will be, first and foremost, a team player and, as such, an integral part of our management team. He/she will be responsible for the operation of the Golf Course Maintenance Department. The responsibilities include but are not limited to turfgrass and plant material maintenance programs, property and asset management, personnel management, budget and forecasting, financial management, scheduling and maintenance or irrigation systems, pesticide applications, related recordings, and compliance with regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will have prior experience maintaining bent greens with rye fairways, tee boxes, collars, and tall fescue rough. Sufficient knowledge and understanding of a Toro Irrigation System and maintenance of Har-Tru tennis courts will be a distinct plus. Upcoming capital improvement projects will include bunker renovations, fairway extensions, and additions of irrigation to green surrounds and fairways. Familiarity and experience in managing these and similar projects are highly desirable. A full job description with additional requirements will be available to selected candidates
