Under the supervision of the superintendent the assistant superintendent will be responsible for all maintenance practices and crew supervision. This is a hands on position that will expand on the knowledge acquired in school and help lay a strong foundation for a successful career in the turf industry. We are seeking individuals who are hard working, energetic, dependable, and interested in a golf course management career. Over the last 15 years Hurstbourne has helped to place 10 former assistants into superintendent positions along with several other assistants into other turf industry positions.
