Hartefeld National Golf Club is a Tom Fazio designed private 18 hole golf course located about 30 min from Philadelphia on the Delaware border. The assistant superintendent responsibilities include but not limited to:
coordinates with superintendent for calibration and application of all chemicals
oversee and ensure proper training and quality control of crew members
Help with inventory and budget management
Oversee day to day activities of the crew
scheduling,monitor, repair of toro irrigation system
Operation of various equipment including back hoe, tractors and sprayers
The assistant superintendent is an integral part of the grounds crew TEAM. We are looking for a detail oriented, self motivated team player with high moral standards. Candidates must be able to lift 50lbs (possible all day), willing to work weekends and in various weather conditions.

Associates or 2yr equivalent
Must have/ obtain PA Pesticide license cat 7
