Napa Valley Country Club is seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, common sense and knowledge of golf course operations This position along with a Superintendent, Equipment Manager, Lead Irrigation Tech, Assistant Irrigation Tech, Spray Tech and 18 full time staff members work together to produce the best possible playing conditions to our membership.
Successful Candidates:
Will be detailed oriented, have previous leadership experience, be organized and self-motivated.
Should have a strong desire to succeed within the golf industry as well as focused on personal growth and development.
Possess a strong background in pesticide and fertilizer applications as well as irrigation system management.
Natural leader with the ability to supervise and train all staff members with their tasks.
Two or four year degree/ certificate in Turfgrass Management
Knowledge of operations with most golf course maintenance equipment
California Pesticide Applicator License ( or ability to obtain one in 6 months)
