Preferred Education:
Associates Degree
The Assistant Superintendent position at Cascata Golf Club is a hands on position that reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent. You will be expected to complete tasks as well as manage the crew. Responsibilities such as spraying, hand watering and other daily tasks will be expected to be completed in a timely manner. Crew management will also be a task of the highest order, with our terrain can be difficult to navigate.
Experience Requirements
2 or 4 year degree or certificate
Toro Irrigation a plus but not required
Chemical and Fertilizer calibration and execution
Extensive Hand Watering and Water Management a plus not required
Bilingual a plus not required
Crew management
Bentgrass greens experience
Bermudagrass Experience
Overseed experience a plus, not required

Desire the ability to work hard towards a goal of making the Experience at Cascata Golf Club the best for everyone who steps foot on the property. To want to learn and grow in a difficult environment that takes a “do whatever it takes attitude.” Strong eye for detail, communications and leadership.
