2 or 4-year Turf degree or Turf Management Certificate. 2+ years of documented, on-the-job, golf course experience. Have a working understanding of irrigation repair/maintenance, as well as chemical/fertilizer application and calibration. Basic computer skills with programs like MS Word, Excel and any of the current versions of central control irrigation systems (we currently run Lynx). Applicant should be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with the ability to quickly adjust and adapt to a dynamic working environment. Must have a valid, state issued Driver's License Applicant must either currently have a valid State of Florida issued RUP license or have the ability to obtain one within 60-days of employment. Staff members are expected to work scheduled weekends, some holidays and be able to respond to any course related emergency call-in situations after "normal" working hours.
