Fox Run Golf Links is an 18-hole municipal golf course owned and operated by the Elk Grove Park District. In 2012 and 2013 the golf course underwent an extensive $2.26 million renovation including a new irrigation system, complete bunker renovation, and improved storm-water drainage systems. Fox Run is currently undergoing the construction of a new clubhouse and maintenance facility scheduled to be completed Fall 2021.
Fox Run Golf Links is seeking highly motivated applicants with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. The assistant superintendent will work closely with the golf course superintendent in the daily management of the golf course and grounds. The applicant should have experience with course set up, irrigation repair and maintenance, fertilizer/pesticide application and calibration, disease identification and water management.
