The 2nd Assistant will work closely with the Superintendent and Assistant in planning, supervising/scheduling, leading of crew members in all aspects of golf course maintenance. Perform routine chemical and fertilizer applications throughout the golf course. Individual needs to be self motivated and possess a willingness to learn all aspects of the day to day challenges of managing high quality turf in South Florida. 

At least two years of golf course experience in addition to having a strong passion for the turfgrass industry and a desire to become a Golf Course Superintendent.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, understand that going the extra mile is the norm, and an eagerness to learn and grow in the turfgrass industry.

Must currently possess or have the ability to obtain a Florida Pesticide License within 90 days of hire.

Valid Driver’s License required.
