ICC has a tradition of excellence not only with club history but also with the team members. Interns are held to high standards and will be a vital part of the management team. Our goal is to advance the Intern in their professional and personal career. Each intern will work with the Assistants and Head Superintendent to work towards their goals and objectives while being involved with nearly all facets of Golf Course Maintenance and Management.
Educational Requirements: Currently pursuing a 2-4 year degree, or certificate in turf management, or a related program. Also, willing to hire and train individuals with no formal education that exude great interest in golf course maintenance and management.
Experience Requirements: Encourage all individuals to apply because their goals, objectives, and responsibilities will be based on experience and aspirations.
Additional Salary Information: Bonus program up to $0.50/hr upon successful completion.
