Responsible for daily oversight and hands-on maintenance and management of Community Grounds, the Brightwood Pavilion amenity (pool, deck, fitness, playground, FitPod, playing field, fire-pits and related areas), and other future amenities and trails at North River Ranch (NRR) Parrish, Florida. In addition, there would be a requirement of daily oversight of neighborhoods where home sites are actively under construction and available for sale.
This is a pro-active role for a self-starter individual which requires a highly visible and responsive approach to all matters. Responsibilities will include:
Daily check and maintenance, tidy and clean, of the NRR amenities initially comprising the Brightwood Pavilion and associated amenities. This may mean management of the cleaning vendor or other service vendors or ultimately resolving the issue yourself. The amenity and grounds must always look clean and neat and tidy.
Manage the look and image in each subdivision where new homes are under construction and home sites are actively available for sale. This means a clean and presentable site at all times. Ongoing trash pick up, street cleaning, working with site crews for maintenance of their areas.
Coordinate with Brightwood management team for maintenance and services including services by outside vendors you are asked to manage (landscape crews, irrigation, cleaners, pressure washers etc.).
Ongoing checks on work in progress and spot checks of supplies/materials being used.
Communicating with homeowners on issues relating to the overall presentation of the community and ensuring high satisfaction rating with them.
This is a growth position as the development expands and more home sites are added.

5 years grounds, land or golf course maintenance experience in Florida.
Good organizational, communication, language and time management skills.
General proficiency in Spanish-English not required but helpful in the duties of this position.
General proficiency in working wiht your hands and minor repair.
A clean driving and criminal record.
Be able to adopt a prompt and regular 7:00 AM to 4:0 PM schedule Monday to Friday.
Occasionally you may be required to be available to handle nighttime or weekend emergencies or to coordinate responses to emergencies or special events.
Detail orientated, good attention to detail.
General outdoor work requiring ability to lift, carry, push and pull 20/60/100 pounfs regulalary.
The ability to move safely over uneven terrain.
The ability to repetitively bend, squat, sit, stand. walk, stoop, grasp, write, type, perform various repetitive motions, good hearing ability, visual acuity, lift frequently.
The ability to climb ladders and use gas powered or electric equipment safely.
Work in various outdoor conditions.
